The IONA halls (Hall 1 and Hall 2) may be rented for events such as weddings, graduation/Eid parties, dinners, seminars, etc. (NOTE: Fundraising events require approval from the board.)
The rate for casual events (seminars, dinners, etc.) for a capacity of 150 people per hall which include round tables (no covers), chairs, banquet tables and tea/coffee percolators, 2 servers to help out with setup and food (up to 4 hours, $40 per hour aftewards), cleaning services, trash removal will be $600.00.
NOTE: There will be an additional charge of $50 per hall per each hour past 11:00 PM.
Rental and Security deposit fees to be paid in advance upon management approval. Security deposit applies to any damage to the property, furniture, carpet etc. There will be no reservation made until rental and security deposit is made and contract is signed. No money paid, no signature, no rental.
